Well my wing came in and I threw it on unpainted to get an idea of what is looks like, thought I would snap some pics. I am really happy with the quality as I have been with all of Rksport's products thusfar. I hated the factory "shopping cart" wing. I like how smooth this wing looks, and it goes with the body lines better in my opinion. Will look great painted. Only one downer, the salesman at Rksport told me it utilized the factory ss mounting holes which it doesn't, i'll have to patch a few. ;( This means more money at the body shop so how you see it is probably how it'll be at the bash.

I also through on a flowmaster exhaust, which sounds really deep and smooth, i love it. However this is temporary until Borla releases an exhaust sytem for the SS.. I will upload a video clip of my car doing passes sometime this week.

Next thing after getting the wing painted and installed is to get rid of the rally car wheel gap.

I'll keep you all posted.

I don't see a wing in the picture. Its a spoiler.

The stock piece was actually a wing. This is a spoiler, if you can understand the not so subtle difference.

The stock wing looks good from the front to me, but from behind it looks to "narrow". Looks like it needs to be wider. This new spoiler is clean, subtle, and goes with the lines of the car better in my opinion. The stock ss almost looks european in design, and then the wing kills the clean lines of the car. Plus i saved a little weight.

I agree, the stock wheels are f-cking ugly!!!!! I plan to have a set of Axis Reverb's custom drilled for my car, that's the wheel I want and think will look best so Im going to do that.

The factory ride height is killing me, the front isn't TOO bad, but the rear end looks jacked up and way to high. The next thing on the list is to do suspension.

Then from their it's all performance except for the wheels when I get them. (But those are lighter than stock so I guess it helps performance also.

ive been lookin at that wing also since i dont have a spoiler on mine, but i think im gonna do the whole rk body kit and leave it with no spoiler, if i dont like the look of no spoiler im gonna get that one, nice pick! my 18's should be here tuesday, and have you seen our rear suspension? its look ridiculously easy to put in new springs and two bolts for new struts, and the front is same design as cavs, wasnt gonna do anything about suspension at first but now after looking up close, it would be so easy to put in some new springs and take them out if needed.

why wait for borla to release a "pre-built exhaust" when a local shop could just bend a system up for you... if it were me, i'd get my hands on a borla muffler and a tip of my choice and head to a local exhaust shop and get my exhaust done. it'll be cheaper and give you exactly what you want (tip choice, piping size, etc...)
