found this odd caddie motor , and then realized its a manual trans


anyone know what year the ALLANTE was a pace car

I think that's the strangest thing I've seen on Ebay in some time. I didn't know you could get the Allante with a manual. Almost makes me want to start looking for one. But those headers look like a nightmare.

im sure the car t came from was a pace car , or some special project car , the header and intake , with the twin bore tb , and the manual trans tell me it was something special , for pcae car duty , or sema

Too bad the 4.1's are horrible motors. Those things came wirh like 130hp or something around there. You wanna talk about a boat anchor. the guy that paid $1500 for that thing., what a rip off. I coulda put a caddy 4.9 v8 in my fiero but i chose to use the 3.4 dohc..................mmmmm

if you look at the parts on that motor , im guessing that motor had atleast 200-240 hp

the long tube equal length headers , the tuned long runner intake , the twin bore tb , manual trans , custom exhaust

that motor was a special motor of some kind
