Wow. How oblivious do you have to be to just run into cars that are at a dead stop.

that's like the massive accident that happened in MD early in the year - though ours was weather-related, rather than idiot-caused.

That is what they get for not paying attention! They should have slowed down some.

The one guy in a tan car, looked like a corolla or prizm can @!#$in drive! Did you see him darting around cars and slide out.

I feel sorry for some of those people.

the tan car was a Corolla, not that it matters too much...in that kind of a situation, it's all about the driver handling his car properly.

It has been said before but stay in your car in a situation like that. The people should have been paying attention if I see brake lights on the highway I slow down and keep my foot on the brake so my brake lights are on until I know whats going on.

HOLY @!#$ that van got totalled. Doesn't suprise me though, driving tests are to easy these days and people are just not paying attention; seen a guy on a cell in a new BMW run a red light going 40+mph, dude was not even watching the road. You'd think that driver of the Mustang would've been wondering why the vehicle in front of him was not moving and got over into the other lane to avoid hitting the van instead of smacking it at freeway speeds.

Exactly what I tend to do Gary, Im always worried about someone sliding into the back of one of my cars, it's happened in the past so now Im extra cautious.
