Well I have left most of you in the dark about what is going on in my life.... Sold the Talon a few weeks ago... well 2 weeks yesterday to be exact... and got a new toy... 96 Ford Mustang GT.... and she is only getting better:
Yep I couldent keep her stock for that long... haha only had her 2 weeks today and here is my current mods list:
BBK X-Pipe (Catless)
Dynomax Cat Back System
K&N FPK2 Intake Kit
Superchips Power Programmer
Optima Red Top
Eibach Pro Kit
KYB Shocks and Struts
Before Drop:
After Drop:
I had a full fist of space up front before and about a fist and 2 fingers in back... now I am down to about 1-2 fingers tightley in front, and about 2 fingers in back... And it rides like a dream... better than stock.

Any vids ? lets see how it sounds now
The BBK and Dynomax combo always sounds good! I have the same thing except for my mufflers are the race bullets and I dumped them instead of running tail pipes. Now go get some gears(I recomend 3.73 if you are going power adder) and let it rip. Control arms make a HUGE improvement also.

Hahah... I have some Ford Racing 373's waiting to be stuck in....

dunno your plans for the car, but cams are a VERY worth while mod, IMO. plus they jsut sound nasty & noone expects a 4.6 to be cammin'

Your link dident work for me......
How hard is it to change cams on the 4.6? Cant be all that hard with it being OHC... but never really looked into it before.

well let's see if i can get this stupid link to work this time
cam clip
the cam install is one of the harder installs on a stang. the timing is the key on them, just don't mess that up & you're good to go. if ya decide to do them, let me know i can be of help with it
broke & rebuilding...... mwuahahahaha
Cam install is a major PITA and you have to get a tune afterwards more then likely too so that is more $$. When your ready to get serious plan on doing a PI head upgrade and cam swap at the same time. I don't even know if you can do the cams on a 4.6-2v with the engine still in the car would be awfully hard that is for sure. :O

Seeing as how the first words I said are "I don't even know if" I would think he could judge from that not to take what I said as the gospel if I even made a statement after that, that resembled tech info. And I do consider that to be a hard job not something I would want to do myself anyhow..
Now doing H/C/I on a 5.0 on the other hand give me a good ole pushrod any day.
<-- Has never told anyone wrong only speaks up when I know what I'm talking about and If I'm not sure I always try and make that clear.
BTW coil on plug sucks! Tip of the week for you mod2v guys if you ever change your plugs do it when the car is 100% cold. My friend just had a plug strip out on him and it messed up his coil too! (I think he told me he had to pay a lot for the coil 100+ range just for one they aren't cheap so be careful with them the rubber part of it can break easily if you use to much force (which he tends to do)? :O )
