COBALT SS EXHAUST VID
For some reason sometimes the video speeds up and plays fast, just refresh the page and load it again and it should work fine.
mine worked fine...nice video though...wish he wasn't in town lol
sounds alright imo. might be a little on the loud side. as for the cobalt, having already driven one, i def. would buy it.
I think it sounds good, but why is he bounching it off the rev limiter so much. Sounds like crap when he does that.

wow i hate the sound of 4 cylinders. Havent heard a good one yet. If you have a 4 cylinder or a little v6 keep the stock exhaust please. Big V6's like the 4.3 in the trucks and v8s you guys can put exhausts on urs. I cant even stand the little buzz in my cavalier and i have the stock exhaust. Just makes me cringe.
i like my exasut on my z... my old 3.1 sounded better than most 305's ive heard... any way i think my z would eat a ss.... i cant eaven hear the blower. ( its quiet)..

TaetschZ24 i will agree the 2.8, 3.1, 3.4 and the 3.8 all sound good with an exhaust. I think the 3.8 sounds the best out of them but probably because it is based off a v8 and it being a 90 degree v6 might make the difference.
I bet it's just a muffler thrown on or something, who knows. He needs to learn how to shift but at some points the exhaust sounded good to me. Again Im waiting for a full borla cat back system, it's what I had on my vette and they are the best company in my opinion.
I really don't care about sound as much as performance when buying an exhaust system. Power is first. Plus with added intakes, header, cat, etc. etc. the exhaust note will change also.
Of course there's no way a 4 bange will ever sound as good as a v-8
It sounded good at points, but coming down in rpm's it popped, I'm not a fan of that at all. It needs some work, nice car though.
I dont know, that thing was WAY to poppy for my liking.

ever hear a 4 banger with a flowmaster??? i love the sound of my car, doenst sound like the normal 4 cyl at all
and ehhh i wasnt really feeling the exhuast on the cobalt, to loud, tad to raspy, sounded good right towards the end when the was probably in 3rd and the guy was focusing on the boost guage
hmm makes me want an exhaust now

I'd like to hear that exhaust under smoother conditions. Less banging against the rev limiter.
