I think the only thing that is TRULY impressive is the looks.

Nothing about it is groundbreaking, the handling is sub-par, performance is alright, braking is pretty good, and the price is far from groundbreaking.

300 HP, old LT1 Corvettes were pushing that in the early 90's. It's still impressive, but doesn't bring excitement like the first Mustangs drew. If you're gonna build a Mustang, atleast build it right. I know I shouldn't be the one talking with a 305 TBI, but atleast the price was right for my car. The only thing you are paying the high price for on that car is the history, the name, and the looks.

It's a very good improvement from the 1980-1994 Mustangs though, very nice. They only have a little bit to go before I would consider even owning one. I would love to own one but there are much much better cars for that price.

The fact that it is 300 hp really means nothing, it is the base model V-8. With the GT-500 and a possibility of another V-8 in the lineup it could be like the musclecars of old with many different engine choices for many different tastes.
