Ok, i bought my 98 neon last week and just last night when i went to back into my spot as soon as I let the clutch out the whole front end started jumping. As soon as the clutch is fully out and im moving in reverse its fine. This also happens when downshifting. Otherwise its fine. It moves forward fine. Does anyone have any idea what the h*ll is going on.
