hey... does anybody know much about these cars?... reliability?... maintenence costs? all that stuff would be great. The car has 146xxx km's on it and they are asking $6500.
also all the same stuff about a 1999 toyota corolla VE. the car has 132xxx km's and they are asking $10900.

they're ripping you on the corolla. do a KBB search on it...seriously, they're ripping you a new one. while they're reliable cars and all that, you CAN find one cheaper...they're a dime a dozen.
Here is some non-technical info...
Three people I know that have Saturns are all happy with them. One has had his SC2 since new, and had had no problems, and is a daily driver. Another had his SC2 about one year, with no problems, but does not drive it daily. The third, she has no problems, and drives it daily.
I drove the third one, an SL1. Felt very cheap inside. Front seat very unsupportive. Noisy drivetrain. Unsatisfying overall.

You can buy a brand new Sunfire or Cavalier in Canada right now, for around or less than $10,500, with close to zero K's.
Sold my corolla for 5k. It was a 99 with 50k miles on it. Power everything, keyless entry. Thats what blue book on it was.
