well i rode in my friends new redline a few days ago. figured id post a review

its a fully loaded one. the recaro seats are sooo comfy. didnt go around any corners or anything so idk how the handling is on them.

now everyone iv talked to said it "seems slower" then a normal ecotec... well i notcied the gears were a little longer.. specially 2nd gear. as far as it seeming slower, i disagree.. it pulls steady through the entire rpms.. it doesnt feel like is has a powerband like my eco.. u can really feel it pull around 4-4500rpms.. the redline just pulled smoothly till redline...
if you watch the speedo as your accelerating, you will see that it is quite a bit faster, it just doesnt "feel" like it.

i loved it. i wouldnt mine one myself, or a cobalt SS. the back doors are pretty sweet too. i just wouldnt spend 20k for one..i think they need to drop the price a wee bit or offer some decent rebates.

yea 20k too much for basically and encomony car... but it could be like 35K for a evo.
