Goodbye Cavalier
Thursday, April 07, 2005 8:17 AM
Hey guys,

I said goodbye to my cavalier on tuesday. I got rid of it for more than what I would've taken, so it worked out ok. I got $2700 for her, and if you look at my post history you'll know why that's great. I kinda feel bad becuase the guy didn't read the ad properly, so he didn't fully realize what he was getting. But, he bought the car with only seeing it for 20 minutes, so it's his own doing, that's for sure.

As for my new ride, I've got a new Mazda 3 GT on it's way; hopefully I'll have it in less than 3 weeks, becuase riding the bus just isn't that cool.

So obviously I won't be posting too much more on here, but I might stop in an check the off topic forum once in a while. I just wanna say thanx for being there when frustration arose.....

Thanx
Chris Thiessen

Yeah well, after putting $4000 in the last 9 months into this one on stupid @!#$ that shouldn't wear out, GM's not on the top of my buy list.

Drive the 05 jetta GLI if you can find one in your state. Turbo, 18", lowered, body kit, custom GLI head and tail lights, recaro seats, big brakes.

I guarantee you wont want that mazda 3 anymore!

click on my sig to see the pics of the somewhat RARE GLI package.

My brother has the 04 tornado red GLI with that same package. I drove it and love it. I agree to what your saying but then again, I never drove the Mazda3 GT and I think they look sweet!

I don't think sedans are all that bad. SRT-4 and WRX's are all sedans and look decent to me.

I'm in the same boat. I'm selling my Z, but I'm replacing it with a Cooper S. Then I will be out of the GM Family FOREVER!
