It's definiitely a one of a kind, but you can tell by the roof, interior and wheels that it was originally a Sebring. Probably an old Mopar front and rear grafted onto the Sebring

One: I'm not sure its a Sebring, but I'll take your word on it.
Two: That's not a Dodge Front and rear clip, it's a Shoebox 51 Ford.
Three: It's not metal at all.. it's fibreglass. There's a company that makes Shoebox Ford Conversions for older Thunderbirds, so a Sebring conversion isn't out of the question.
IMHO: it looks like ass... The reason the older cars looked so damned cool is that the lines FLOWED like a stream... that looks like a retarded 4 year old when ape@!#$ with the crayolas.

Not a one of a kind. Believe it or not, there's a company out there making those kits for a few different cars.
I think it looks ridiculous, but there's no question that you'd turn a lot of heads driving it around town!
