It's not a chop, there was a thread awhile back with that pic in it. It also had a buttload more pics of him cruising with his friends...ALL of the cars were done up like that.

It's definitely real, I've seen a couple of cars like that on Camp Pendleton, they're funny as hell to look at

those are 28's i saw the car at the shop we were getting our 20's for our suburban in alabama. mobile to be exact.
