got a chance to drive a 93 mazda miata. had the 5spd and rotary motor. it didnt have any of what i expected in the accelleration area. could an 04 cav with eco keep up? granted drivers are of equal ability?

Second, has anyone else EVER heard of a Miata with a rotary engine from factory? 'Cause I haven't.

yeah, no rotary in miatas....
an 04 manual cav could easily keep up with the older miatas
