bleh ford
bleh their lack of talant
s/c on this
s/c on that
gm and dodge have 500hp n/a engines why cant ford??
Who cares if its S/C or not really? Its going to be badass throw a pulley and a tune on it and watch out!
And its going to be in a Lightning also (that engine)? That will be sick.
You go ahead and go buy a dodge or GM. While your wasting away your cash on bolt ons I will throw on a pulley and a chip/tune (probably less then 200-300$) and be kicking some serious ass.
I hope ALL of the SVT line up comes with S/C stock! Saves me the trouble of having to add one later.

A GM 6.6L Duramax Turbo Diesel V8 with a Banks Six-Gun Bundle puts out 434hp and 908 lb-ft torque. Might not be 500hp, but 908 tq certainly puts a quick end to that pos ford truck. Oh and the Silverado/Sierra looks better to boot.

I won't need to waste my money on bolt-ons because when you're cranking up the boost and blow your motor to pieces, I can cruise down the road knowing that I have a RELIABLE amount of 500 HP N/A under the hood.... with two less cylinders mind you.
SVT is good, but 'good" doesn't cut it anymore.

That would be true if these engines weren't build very strong with boost in mind from the factory. The old Cobra motor for example 03-04 people are bolting on KB 2.2 blowers to a stock bottom end and running 9's, 10's! The new Cobra 05 motor is a de tuned Ford GT engine for Christ sake! The Lightning’s old engine in the 2nd gen L was also really good about taking extra boost. (people where over spinning the blower before hurting the motor) These engines are set up for it so they can handle the boost very well why wouldn't this thing?

That's when a Ford 6.0 steps up to the plate and owns it with a SCT tune and some intake and exhaust work.
O noes!
ummm thats fake people lol it was an april fools thing, that truck was insane though, even though it was a photoshop!
yea, notice the april 1st date, its definitly a photoshop. You guys all fell for it.
Cobra = S/C V8
Ford GT = V10
How is that the same engine?
Still would take a Trailblazer SS over that ugly thing.
Real or not, SVT was going to be limited to 5 cars. I don't think they would waste there money on that thing. SVT Sport Track looks light years better than that thing anyway.

. I never heard this. But oh well.
Then read all the comments then DrPaul84 comment. I was
too funny. Everybody got owned.
Dave, how did it feel?
Good thing though this thing is not coming out. I smell 3 gallons per mile fuel efficiency and thats not what we need now.

Oh, my mistake. Wow, what a disapointment. I like Fords Labora, it's just that Tsunami truck just is ugly IMO. A F150 with that engine would be so much better.
