anyone wanna point me to some forums or parts stores or anything for me to browse through i'd appreciate it.
some specific info i'm looking for are speaker sizes, but im pretty sure all four locations will fit 6 1/2's.
Also to anyone that owns one, anything i should look out for maintenance wise? and what kind of aftermarket parts are available so far?
Thanks everyone in advance
P.S. it is a 2005 black one with a sunroof and the aero-wing spoiler

Personally I think it is a better looker out of the delta twins. And you gotta love those dent resistant polymer panels.
I know that Cobalt has inaccurate fuel gauge according to GM, I am not sure if it goes to the Ion as well. If you are interested, I will look it up for you.
Best of luck

Can you look it up for me Mr. Goodwrench? I might be buying an ion redline soon as well.

Have fun changing your own oil in that thing. The super charger is placed just so you can hardly get to the catridge filter housing. Its a bit of a pain if you ask me. Other than that its an awesome car!

Looks likeyou are safe, the problem lies on the Cobalt ONLY.

The speaker size is 6.5 fronts with 1 inch tweeters, and 6x9's on the back deck.
I know for a fact my gas guage is inaccurate, when the check guages light comes on, put gas in it. Mine ran out registering 1/8 tank!
if the speedo and guages werent in the middle i might get one
I actually like it in the middle like that.. I didn't think I would.. But when I test drove it, I got used to it right away.. I find you can watch the road and your gages at the same time a lot easier..
