try lucas trans fix it works wonders. my friend thunderbird would not go into reverse park or first when it was cold put a bottle in and it was fine a couple days later. i have a 86 subaru gl hatch auto with only 49k when i bought it about 2 years ago, the trans was shifting funny so i add about half a bottle of lucas and it was fine after that.

DO NOT USE ADDITIVES, especially in a transmission. They do not fix your problem, just gunk up your drivetrain.
I would seek help from a reputable transmission shop. You can't just band-aid this.

Oh, I almost forgot, check your shift cables, make sure they're moving freely, aren't binding up, and are sitting in all their retaining slots.
