How much horserpower do these have stock? This guy that lives around me turboed one with an old DSM turbo, and I was wondering what kind of numbers he has. He says around 150HP, he has no dyno sheet for proof, and I find that unlikely from a 3 cylinder with no internal work. I may be wrong though. Anyone care to venture a guess?

3cyl stock at 55 hp? if he just threw a turbo on there even with an intercooler hes looking at about 80-90 hp if hes lucky

You guys should be careful about other cars. A couple of years ago back home, a guy had a 3cyl Metro that was turbocharged that beat Vipers, Vettes, and any other car. He had 1 victory against a bike. This wasn't hearsay, this was all seen by plenty of people. Of course he silently bragged with a liscense plate that said my38ur8.

I don't think the older Metro's had 4-cylinder option, but I'm pretty sure the Suzuki Swift did. Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't some Swift's come factory turboed?
It was the chevy sprint and the pontiac firelfy that had the turbo option. It would be a real fun beater car. Ive been lookin for one for a while now with no luck.
