Hey people,
It's been a really long time since I've posted anything on here, but as always when I need car assistance this is my first stop as it has been for many years.
Here's the deal:
I recently picked up a 95 Honda Civic 1.5L Hatchback (I still have my Z24), but it needs a new muffler as the old one is rotted.
I am looking for the deepest possible sound out of a muffler for it. I know it's a tiny engine so its not going to be as deep as my Z, but I realy can't stand the sound of those fart can mufflers you hear buzzing by on Civics. But at the same time I have heard some really nice ones.
So I need to know some opinions on the deepest/best sounding muffler setups for a 95 1.5L Civic out there.
Performance-wise, I don't care much for. I would prefer a better sounding car than a fraction of a horsepower on a car that doesn't have much to begin with.
Preferrably with a 3-4 inch SS tip, but not a requirement.
Do what you can to help me out here guys as this current muffler is not going to last much longer.
Thanks in advance.

just get a stock muffler and weld on a ridiculously large tip.
or get an itr muffler.

Since I said that I was looking for a deep sound, a stock muffler won't provide that. Also, since I said large tip wasn't important, I don't think welding on a "ridculously large tip" will be very useful towards a nice, deep sound either.
I'm not a young punk that simply needs to have a huge muffler tip to look cool, but thanks for the suggestion anyway.
I will look into Tsudo, Thermal and ITR.
Please keep any other suggestions or comments about the above products coming.
Thanks.

get a glasspack and put a tip on it
I love my Alison!
my buddy has a universal magnaflow muffler on his civic, and it sounds pretty good, his only other mod is an intake which seems to deepen his rxhaust by quite a bit
Yeah....I would suggest Thermal as well.
The OBX muffler for the civic is really cheap and sounds real good. My friend has one on his B16 Hatch and I love the sound of it. Plus a intake will help a lot.
APEXi is the best ive heard on a honda
Civickiller
Try looking around. There are MANY companies that make decent sounding exhausts for Civics. Try looking at Tanabe or possibly HKS. I know my friend has a CRX with no catalytic convertor and a test pipe with a Tanabe 4in. outlet tip (he says screw emissions but that's his opinion) and that thing is VERY VERY deep sounding. And when he floors it, that thing screams down the road.
Thermal R&D, or an Apexi world sport system.
yeeep Apexi...or Greddy makes a great sounding exhaust as well..of course if ur into spending 6-700 dollars on a cat back

im a @!#$ pussy ass liar! i lied to my girlfriend over and over, sat around with her friends naked and stayed home downloading porn...she loved me and i hurt her...i deserve to be alone and unhappy...no wonder every girl i try to love leaves me...i suck.
Get the greddy gt exhaust or the thermal
I've got a 3inch wiper blade that keeps my headlight clean during a rain storm
Since the most mentioned one is the Thermal, I am going to focus my attention on that for now.
I know I can "find" a muffler that will work, but unfortunately you can't hear what a muffler sounds like until it is actually installed and running on a specific car/engine. This is why I am asking for opinions from people who may have heard different ones.
If anyone else has some suggestions, feel free to make them.
Thanks to all who helped so far.
