From owners manual:
The programmed buttons should be erased when the vehicle is sold or the lease ends.
To erase either Rolling Code or Fixed Code on the Universal Home Remote device:
Press and hold the two outside buttons at the same time for approximately 20 seconds, until the indicator lights, located directly above the buttons, begin to blink rapidly.
Once the indicator lights begin to blink, release both buttons. The codes from all buttons will be erased.
As for the Bluetooth, listen to the prompts I'm sure there is a delet device option. I know when I diagnose Bluetooth issue I pair my phone, and delete it from the vehicle. It really shouldn't matter has to be within range for it to work anyway.

Deleting a Paired Phone
Press and hold for two seconds. The system responds with "Ready" followed by a tone.
Say "Bluetooth". The system responds with "Bluetooth ready" followed by a tone.
Say "Delete". The system asks which phone to delete followed by a tone.
Say the name of the phone to be deleted. If the phone name is unknown, use the "List" command for a list of all paired phones. The system responds with "Would you like to delete <phone name>? Yes or No" followed by a tone.
Say "Yes" to delete the phone. The system responds with "OK, deleting <phone name>".
