The LFA didn't kill the test driver.... the 67 year old test driver, on the wrong side of the road, and hitting a sedan head on killed the test driver

hahahaha thanks for summing it up, well done
Looks like it's back to the drawing board for improved safety devices for the LFA
The guy probably had a heart attack and thats why he swerved

Highly possible. Same thing happened to my grandmother which makes me a believer of your theory.

Although I agree...
It should be summed up like this
Chief Test Driver, who was heavily involved in the LFA, hit a BMW 3 Series head on. LFA disintegrated and bimmer held up.

I wouldn't say it like that either, the car I'd not disintegrate and it's not like 3 series passengers walked away, they were in critical condition with life threatening injuries.
Well I guess it had to kill something since it couldnt kill a ZR1..................................................ziing
1989 Turbo Trans Am #82, 2007 Cobalt SS G85
saw the pictures... the LFA doesn't look like its in that bad a shape... doesn't seem to be any cabin intrusion... were the occupants wearing their seatbelts?
another blow for toyota's reputation.

Fact.
I saw pics earlier this week and for a super it did really well the crash as usually supercars safety is not their #1 priority just enough to pass standards. Being that the BMW is a commuter car, therefore their standard for safety are going to be always greater then for a supercar.
