need help with my buick asap

i have a 1992 buick lesabre.it started out a month ago where it would miss when u were over half throttle.i wasn't to worried about it.well about a week ago it started randomly stalling and sometimes not starting to a lil bit.the dash light etc would flicker and blink then it would usually start again.someone told me it could be the module under the coil pack.but i scanned it on the computer and it showed a cam sensor no signal.so i snagged the coil module and cam s nsor from a junked car i had kickin around with the same engine.i put them both on and car still was missing seriously but wasn't stalling.i got it checked again and they cleared the cam position sensor code.well from that point on the car wouldn't start.it has fuel.but no fire.i looked online and it said if the cam sensor was bad and you cleared the codes it wouldn't start after wards till you put in a new sensor for it to get signal.cam sensor controls spark it said.so i ordered a NEW ONE TO THE TUNE OF 60 BUCKS.PUT IT IN AND VOILA STILL WONT START.now im gettin frustrated this is my only car and i've been borrowing my parents second car for a week now.i need to get this fixed anyone got any ideas.i'd appreciate any input at all.oh it's a 3800 TUNED PORT ENGINE AND IT STILL HAS NO SPARK EVEN WITH THE NEW SENSOR....
sorry about caps i kept hitting it by mistake

Have you checked the output from the coils? Are the coil towers rusted? Coil issues are far more common than cam sensors.

Usually you pull a plug wire from a plug and place it close to ground. Then try to start the car. You can also pull the plug wire from the coil tower and try it that way. Have you checked the actual coil towers? Its a very common issue.

I would try looking at the crank sensor first the cam sensor will not cause it to not run it is only for sequential injection. the crank sensor crank sensor needs to see min. of 500 rpm and it looks for number 1 cylinder..
