Because the wheels were tucked too far into the fenders to begin with. it gets them out a little more flush with the body line.
On the other hand....you have other fingers.

Thanks everyone. They are stock saab wheels but not for this car, they're from the 04 I traded in and swapped wheels. I would love to get some coil overs and give it the super aggressive stance I'm looking for, but as of now I love it. not another 08+ in town so it actually turns some heads. its nice to have a car I finally can just enjoy. as for exhaust, all in due time
For sure splurge on the Optiflow, they do wonders for that car.

Saab's don't use wheel studs
The Eibach spacers came with longer, stronger wheel
bolts though.

I was just giving you a hard time, thats all. BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VERY FEW Saturns, VW, Porsche (minues the Carrera GT I think) and Saab have the lug-stud combo. There might be others, just havent worked on any $200,000 cars yet.
