I finally got my new baby this afternoon.
2010 Glastron GT 205 XL, 4.3L V6 Volvo Penta, Roswell Wake tower, low profile black windshield, and custom black canvas.
Pulled in to my Boat dealer to find her waiting under the canopy next to the Marina's owner new GT 225.
Going over some of the engine break in procedures which will be how I am planning on spending my sunday...
The heart of the boat.
Cockpit..
signing the next ( I'm not disclosing) X amount of years of my life away to payments...
.... people like Furious 2.2 would be jealous... So here is a picture of my "fat ass" and my new toy...
My dealer couldn't believe how nice and sporty the low profile windshield looked on my boat along with the other options I chose they have already submitted another order for another boat with the same options I chose to bring with them to next years winter boat show. They've never see the windshield in person before and never wanted to opt it for an options because they didn't think it would be a selling point. But when the Marina owner and other techs start saying how much better the customers (mine) boat looked better than his, he's already thinking about taking offers for his boat which he somehow got them to put the 350 Mag Merc into it which is not a listed option, so he could opt for a couple of the options I went with.
This is why I have moved out of the car modding scene, and into something which I will have more fun with.
Congrats Cody. Hope boat ownership isn't as painstaking and troublesome as some people say it is. Boat looks sick man.
On the other hand....you have other fingers.
Liquor is not a drug John, liquor is not a drug.
RHD FTMFW!!!!!!!
Not unintentionally accelerating since 2009!!!!
Hope you enjoy it! Boat looks beautiful.
Gripping the woodgrain wheel!
looks great, only thing i find out of place is the big chrome bar, but i suppose it serves its purpose if you plan to do any kind of water skiing or wakeboarding.
this stuff here will work great for cleaning/keeping the boat looking good, we used it alot at one of my past detailing jobs when boats would come in check it out

The big "silver bar" is one of the top of the line wake board towers made by Roswell. Its sole intended purpose is for wake boarding only, and nothing else. Does it stand out? Sure does, but it allows riders for height for popping over the boats wake to do tricks.
yeah, i figured that much, its just a me thing, i'd personally probably wind up dead trying something like that so it doesnt appeal to me that much... but that being said.. get that bitch in the water and lets see some back flip pics or some of these girls you speak of in AG on the bow lol

nice boat cody!! grats on the new ride!
Nice! I would kill for a new ski boat. My whole family water ski's, and we do it in our 1963 Starcraft lol. It was made when they still did the entire thing with fiberglass. Riding in a classic boat isn't as fun as riding in a classic car, though, if you know what I mean. You're definately in store for years and years of fun to come, for sure. Nice tower, too. You know what you gotta do, if you want to upgrade to "baller" status now, right? You gotta get those speakers, or subs, that people put on their towers. Party boat
hope boat doesn't end up standing for break out another thousand. Really nice boat though! you got lakeside property, or do you plan on docking it somewhere?
Camp with black Shudders, the 2 car garage/ my upper apartment in the left background, along with an unpictured 10x15 pump house and another camp hidden by our front camp is all our property.
Facing the other way... we see this..
Big boat in picture under cover is no longer with us and nor is our boat carriage rail way... thus why I have the new one.
Ice wrecked our rail way..
Boat had was starting to have piston ring failure, after owning for 30 years and the original motor. We weren't shocked and knew it was going to happen, so we donated it to a foundation.
