cavalcade of customs

Well i picked up the car on Wednesday from the painters around noon and headed to Cincinnati around two. The car was running fine, we drove down and got inside the convention center around 5 got unloaded and cleaned a bit and headed to the room. The show went pretty good. I spent most of my time visiting friends and family as i usually do. I won my class, big surprise there since no one is ever in my class. but I didn’t win any special awards. a bit bummed at that but oh well. They had came back and judged the car again Saturday morning so I know I was at least in the running for them. We left there Sunday night and spent the night at my sisters house in Delhi and then headed home Monday morning.

We made it back to the 465 loop when the car started shifting bad again. The car had driven great up until that point. But by the time we got to Shadeland ave. I had it off the highway and tried limping it home. That didn't last long its now back to doing the exact same thing it was before the new torque converter and second trans. so we ended up having to have it towed the last 30 miles. I am pretty dissapointed in that. Well pissed off actually. We thought we had everything fixed and now its back, so I am going to miss out on going to Indy wow this year unless I can find a trailor. I was supposed to be with Donny in the gauge area.

The red engine bay really seems to hide alot. The build looks great, but that bay color seems to make it look less cluttered than it really is.

It looks like it was built beautiful, but the paint job and the print on the rims kills it.

Love the Mustang, too, except for the same issue with the rims.

ive got some. if i get a chance i'll throw them up. i just grabbed a few pics and uploaded them. i took like probably 500 shots at the show. but im to lazy to upload them all to photobook then upload them all here lol. it was a damn clean civic though even for being a race car it was probalby cleaner then some of the show cars there.

spike, i'll see what i got, im sure i have more on a couple of those. i know the red/black one. the green/silver one and the orange one i have more of. might not have more of the all silver one though.
