repainted passenger fender +bad panel gap on driver's side, i'd say it's been in a wreck.

offer $1500 if you REALLY want it. otherwise, walk away.

Where are you seeing the panel gap on the drivers side? I am a bit curious about the repainted fender. I just emailed the guy so we'll see about it being wrecked.

Yeah, little hard to miss the mismatched colors under the hood on the passenger fender. Plus both side have dents and dings, especially the passenger side. I want to say it was hit or hit something with the right front. I'd say offer more around $1200 and ask to see if it was in an accident.

Ah I didnt notice the gap on the turn signal.

Still waiting on a reply for the email.

It seems weird to me that onlt the one fender is repainted. I mean if it was wrecked good it seems like there would be more miscolored panels.

Im having a hard time finding something that isnt rotted out. Good mostly solid cars are going for $4k to 5k.

Is it just me or does that passenger side look wrinkled as all hell? As far as the passenger fender a different color...well those body panels are so common he could have gotten a good door ding, shopping cart dent, vandalized or something and decided to replace the fender. The car doesn't look too bad. I wouldn't pay 2200 for it though. Check it out even better make sure its a solid car then low ball the @!#$ out of him. To make that car look decent will take some good body work.

Yank that D16 out get yourself a cheap LS swap and have fun. I've got two at the house laying around I could sell you cheap enough that even with shipping you would still save money. I've got one I'll let go for 350 bucks. I would recommend rebuilding it but just so has it I have a set of brand new CTR pistons and rings new in the box. They are bored .20 over which means they'll be perfect for a stock bore b18 Will give you 11.7:1 CR on a non vtec head. LS/Vtec you say? I've got a b16 head on the cheap as well lol

But on a more serious note...the car is rust free so thats good. Just look into it real good drive it real hard and low ball him. I would pay 1500 at the very most. I see much nicer cars go for cheaper than that. The Si rims look real clean on it though.

^^Yeah I love those Si rims, and I dig the color of the car, but it is in pretty rough shape. Its going to require quite a bit of body work, good thing parts for those cars are a dime a dozen. I say that car is worth about $1,500

That thing looks like someone went over it with a tackhammer... By the time you're done with the bodywork it'd cost more than buying a mint condition hatch in the first place.
