I saw a thread in the photos and media section and it made me think it seems alot of us have moved away from the jbody scene. So im just curious where we started post pics if you want but at leaset list where you were and where you are now.

I ogt my start with an 02 ls sport then moved to an 02 Camaro ss sold that and picked up my 00 S2000. i kept the cavalier till a few months when i let her go.

I started modding with my 01 cav(base) I bought it brand new and now im driving a 96 Cherokee Sport.

started with a 95 5speed Cav, moved to a 99 5speed Cav, then on to my 00 Auto Z24. about a year after buying the Z, i realized i was more into 4x4's and offroading, so i picked up my 1976 CJ7. i don't think i could ever have this much fun with a car.

now the z's the daily driver while CJ is under the knife.

I wasn't in the J-body scene very long, but I had 2 and they were what really got me into cars.

First, I had a 2000 Z24 Convertible.



The miles on that car were getting up there, and I learned a lot about the Ecotec so I picked up a 2003 LS Sport.



Then, wanted something a bit more, while falling in love with Euro cars and perticularly Scandinavian design.



So, Now I love my SAAB and waiting to see what happens with them next.

started with my '97 sunfire...



a few years ago i bought a brand new '06 yamaha r6 (sold it this past spring)



engine in the sunfire died a year and a half ago, so out of desperation i picked up a '97 chrysler sebring.



then just a couple weeks ago i picked up a '09 mitsubishi eclipse and couldn't love it more.

We have had a few I had my Camaro years before I ever had my Cavi.

my mother bought it and i get to inherit it and I've put alot of money into the car myself, new suspension (full hotchkis suspension), new sheet metal (hood, core support, wheel wells), and 80% of the engine rebuild was funded by me

i started off with a '96 cavi coupe.

then moved to my '97 GTP


sold that about 6 months ago, and got two vehicles to replace it.

the DD is an '89 GMC S15 4WD straight cab short bed that i got for a steal

(the cadi is the wife's)

and the new toy is an '89 Camaro RS with some goodies

went from a 95 Probe SE ( hence the nick name Joker)

to my 03 LS sport ( as most remember with its Malibu door handles) Before it got totaled

had an 87 Escort wagon and a 91 Escort sedan while the Cavi was being fixed after an accident


and now i have this thing 91 Beretta GT


once my 91 Regal is done and on the road , ill drive that, Sell the Beretta and Buy another Jbody. i havent moved on just yet just a little side tracked till i can get another
