Calling all GM Mechanics or People Good With Electrical

Ok, so i got a great deal on another car to replace my dd but it has one major issue. Everytime you turn the car on all of the interior lights blink for about 90 seconds. Or if i leave it on and park it for more then a couple minutes and put it back in drive. The car did not come with a factory alarm or remote so im not sure what could be causing it. I was hoping it was something that could be turned of with a tech two or something that someone has delt with before. The car is a 97 oldlmobile 88. Its power locks and windows but no locks. Hopefully someone can help me figure this out. Thanks for the help.

Bump. No ones had to deal with something like this that acould give me some suggestions as to what it could be? The lights drive me crazy and i cant even begin to think what would make only the interior lights blink.

get a manual and check powers and grounds , and figure out what the circuits all have in common and start there

Panzone bring it over, this weekend, and I can look at it while or after we delete the VATs in the z24.
