friend of mine used to have 1 , he so hated that car , lack of power , poor mileage , ended up trading it in for a 08 LS3 vette and is happy with great mileage and lots of power and handling , and room
only thing he kinda liked was the handling
very nice, i really like all the mods done. ^and of course your friend will be power happy when he switches from a 4 cylinder to a ls3 lol. its not that bad for a 4 cylinder though. especially compared to a j. i enjoy driving ours in the summertime.
rims are no longer black.
Nice S atk i noticed your from indiana my S came from west lafaytte my dad lives down there and has a silverstone 05. As for the mileage comment who really buys a car like this or the corvette for gas mileage i mean this thing could get 2 mpg and id still love it cause its just a toy for me.
yep, i'm about 30 minutes west of indianapolis. our s2k actually came from somewhere around there too, a smaller town up there somewhere. if you are in the westside indy area anytime with it hit me up.

Wasn't impressed with a 4, and upgraded to a Vette, and that's what you compare? LOL, of course he will be happy with that :-)
I've always like the S2000. Too bad they stopped making it.

I have loved s2000s since i road in my friends.... the fastest car i have ever been in personally. The only thing really done to it was aftermarket dual catback exhaust. Screamed man...
His was red too.

well mileage and fun , and less problems were the reason he got out of his twin turbo gto , and got the s2k , his real play toy is a nitrous fed 70's t/a , when he got rid of the s2k for the vette his weekly gas bill went way down , and he see's 30mpg + outta the vette
