Thanks in large part to months and months of testing, as well as a monstrous Cadillac V8 engine that comes with a pair of intercooled 88mm turbochargers, customized forged rods, a solid roller cam, ported, heads, and a slew of oversized valves. The result of this mammoth concoction is an engine that can produce up to 2000 horsepower. That’s right. 2000.

not even close to a cadillac...annoying
sweet , kinda slow if they are pushing 2000hp
It's amazing how much HP it takes to go that fast. The aerodynamic forces increase exponentially at those speeds...it takes a Top Fuel car with almost unlimited traction (and HORRIBLE aerodynamics!) 8000 HP to hit those 325 MPH numbers at the drag strip.
On the salt, they have next to no traction, so more HP isn't always the way to higher speed.
Thanks Goodwrench, cool stuff!

That being said very cool stuff
the last cadillac big block was probaly cast in the late 70s unless that is aftermarket block. Does any body know if they used hard block or a girdle?
