Awesome, especially when that large car weighs in 4200-4300lbs.
Ford is really coming up and impressing me so much.

while impressive times and the new taurus is freaking HUGE
im iffy on the motor as ive seen pics of a unassembled motor and the cylinders are free standing in the block , which is not good
LMAO!!! love how the mustang ran a 15 while Taurus does a 12. classic slap in face. however... he did get the last laugh when he won.
I must confess... I feel like a monster!
Twin turbo monster,man that's impressive.
It's cool, but you can do the same with a Cobalt SS for almost twenty grand less.

Hey were did you find these pics at? curious to what this motor is about.
lol that is awesome.. they are so nice.
impressive times but i'm not a fan of the new tarus.
my father has one and any rear leg room that the 08-09's had is gone along with a dash that's not very egronomically friendly (buttons in weird places and some way up at the top of the dash out of reach) and a TON of blind spots. (you can lose a car behind the rear headrests if your not careful)
the 08-09's were much better IMO.

I'm having a hard time believing that you just said that.

Which part are you having a hard time with? The true part, or the other true part?

I like the new body style of the Taurus. I always hated the name Taurus though...
Nice

The part how you can do that with a 95 civic with 30 grand less.

It is not that time is unbelievable, it's more of, why in hell would you compare a sub-compact econoturd versus a large & full size family sedan weighing in nearly 1400lbs more?
I guess I gave you to much credit in thinking you would not post something so bloody obvious and absurd as that.
Here's what's really absurd...falling over your tongue worshipping a 4300-pound Ford Baby Boomer tank on a GM sport compact site. Perhaps you figured that would NOT draw friendly fire?
Never mind the fact that in addition to the 1300 more pounds it carries compared to a 'Balt (which is 43% more weight)...it also has
57% more engine displacement and all-wheel drive. It damn well BETTER at least keep up with the 'Balt, lol!
Never fear...I too enjoy the Ford product...anything that's turbocharged is sweet to me, especially domestic. But you calling the Cobalt SS an econoturd kind of broadcasts a certain bias. If you've never driven one, you should...they will run circles around many cars much more expensive, and not just in a straight line.
Sorry to swing from the GM product's nuts so hard...I may have mistaken the intention of this site.

Might be fast but good luck stopping that thing. Ford forgot one thing and that was to upgrade the brake system. The car is running on stock taurus brakes, with only a performance pad upgrade option. Car and Driver test drove this thing and ended up warping the rotors.
Might be fast but its ugly from every angle but the front.

Its not a nutswinging site, its an enthusiast site, and it is other cars, so it is acceptable to like other cars
either way, even saying what you said about a cobalt, its really irrelevant, because someone shopping for a taurus SHO is probably not also looking at a cobalt and deciding between two totally different cars, henceforth, it is pointless to bring up a point as such
