ok so i just got a 1998 grand prix. I run on dealer tags so i do not need a front and rear license plate. I know these cars came with a panel in the front bumper to cover the place where the license plate is supposed to go. ive searched and searched and i cannot find one anywhere. any ideas?

Looks like gmpartsdirect.com has them, are you talking about number 10 here? If so its 38 bucks and some change.
