do you ever notice that the ones who talk the loudest have the least to talk about?
I would start with the simple things. If the vehicle ran fine aside from the current work done then look at the most obvious.I would look for unhooked vacumm lines, check the tps, wires going to coil packs. Now if the basics are checked already and it's not popping up codes do a fuel pressure check (long shot) maybe a clogged filter or fuel pump going.I am not fluent with the engine at hand but,in alot of cases symptoms are symptoms and relate regardless.I would def check the tps for voltage to assure the when u use a jumper and physically move it that the multimeter has a gradual change and not quick or irratic change.I cannot explain how to jump it with out writing a book, but this site can show u how
http://www.wellsmfg.net check out diagnostics volume 2 or just do a search for tps it should pop up.Hope this gives u some leads to the issue.
hmm thanks man, i appreciate the advice. ihave checked almost all the simple things. i have not checked the tps or fuel pressure though. it did run great before this work though. and even now it runs like a new engine. again thanks

oh and i forgot to mention, i htink the cylinders are washed too. it acts like its flooding sometimes. and the oil smells like gas. my friend suggested plugged cats so i dropped the exhaust, it helped it start easier but still didnt fix it

check the fuel pressure regulator , they are know for going out and feeding fuel back in though the vacuum line
pull the vac line off while running and see if gas is coming out of it
