You Fail. you have to convince her that it makes the car safer therefore you need to do it, because the kids will be in it. She does want the kids to be safe doesn't she?
just put spacers on the rims they won't rub. Spidertax has some good ones but they are not cheap. I also had a 2.5 inch rubicon express lift. I highly recomend it.
quick disconnects are by far the easyest and cheapest mod for a tj.. like 5 bucks lol. and plus they give you alot more articulation.
