On the whole this car is amazing.
Only sold in Cali where they have hydrogen available. so i think the goverment ( canada and u.s.) needs to get things going and have hydrogen stations everywhere so anyone can buy it.
being into cars and performance the only bad thing i can see is that u can really soop it up for power. not for awhile at least.
Working on obtainting an M-Class license... ?? Hint: 2 wheels.

There's a whole bunch of kinks to work out, but a Hydrogen fuel cell powered electric vehicle would probably be the best bet for a future car. The problems currently are that Hydrogen doesn't do too well in cold climates. Anything under 32 °F or 0 °C will result in the Hydrogen gas solidifying. Another problem is that extracting hydrogen at the moment is not very efficient, being only slightly less polluting than gasoline.
Greenies aren't big fans of Hydrogen. Then again, most greenies are backed by the electric lobby so I wouldn't put too much faith in anything they say.
I saw a demonstration on this car in which the a Honda rep drank the water from the tailpipe from this car. I said... to this will be the future, and I gladly welcome it.

My only question is whats gonna happen to those cars up here in the north where it gets cold. Think of stop and go traffic here in the cities with all of those cars dumping water onto the roads... They have trouble keeping the roads clean and ice free now. How are they gonna stop ice from forming then?
as surely as there are bottle warmers for nitrous, also there will be for hydrogen.
I'm so sick of hydrogen, bring on the cellulosic ethanol already...
I've heard talk of possibly using existing natural gas lines to transport the hydrogen, and then filtering it out at filling atations. The only viable infrastructure solution I've heard yet.

On that respect, we would've cut down on fossil fuel usage by at least 70% world wide, that is every person in the world dropped their fossil fuel powered internal combustion engine for these. The only thing we would use fossil fuels would be for plastics, roads and maybe heating.

-IF we made the Hydrogen fuel with a natural resource, such a wind, solar, tidal, or Geo-Thermal power. Then we can eliminate our need for any of it all together/ cut almost all green house emissions.. These resources are sustainable, and can not be exhausted. BUt this means little money can be made, thus the large oil companies will never let it happen without a fight.
-DO NOT get me wrong, I am all for Hydrogen, but its progression is only happening at a snails pace in order to keep companies like Exxon in the picture for controlling its distribution.

My problem is..Jay giving his speach on the sports cars being weekend cars..How likely is that going to be for anyone? If gas powered cars are the minority, the sporty ones will go up even more in price. If they make less gas, it will go up even more.
I was very excited with the Telsa, made me feel like there was hope for sports cars in the "future," but damn it was pricey. Honestly, the way things are going I feel like in most of our lifetimes, the sports car will start to die out and be replaced by something people will call sporty..but you and I will know better.
I'd buy the car for my family though if it was priced similarly to what we have now...hel, I'd pay extra for it, it's like they said..it'll be a low maintenance thing.
