how did the new ram lose this?
Outside of the disadvantage of being a Chrysler built peice of sh*t the truck it's self had some really interesting innovations.

Being in both, the New 2009 Ram completely outclasses the F150. IT is just a better truck. EVEN the interior in it feels great..... THIS is a shock.

Agreed. Even the rear coil is a nice touch that works.

The Ram may be a better "hey look at me I'm driving a truck even though I have internet access, leather covered ball-massaging Barcoloungers, and coil springs so it doesn't ride so rough" vehicle, but the Ford is better at what it's supposed to do - haul @!#$ and last forever. They only have been for like the past infinity years.

1. The interior build quality is better. BY leaps and bounds in the Ram. AND for those looking for a more basic work truck... WELL Dodge offers a many a model without "ball massaging" options and a good ole plastic covered steering wheel.
2. The Dodge has more torque and horsepower. AND a newer tougher drive train.. IT should be able to tow just as much as the 150. (Lets not talk about Ford's "stability towing" crap package. THAT alone does not make it a better truck.
3. Did I mention it was faster ? .... if that means anything..
