HI,

I need to replace the right front drive shaft on my 07 HHr 2.4 Auto and was wondering if the end that goes in to the trans. just get pushed in or what? i dont want to bang on thing or force anything if i dont have to. on the trans end of the shaft at the end of the splines is a metal ring thats a bit oversized, im guessing i just need to line up the splines and push the shaft all the way in till it bumps past that ring.

btw. i got run off the road and broke the knuckle, bent the strut and ruined the driveshaft. but the dodge ram with a plow just kept goin.. dickhead

just like most cars , it snaps into the trans

good just wanted to make sure, with the way the manufactures are assembling vehicles now a days makes me question alot before i get in to it so im not faced with to many surprises.
