i just sold my 86 ramcharger about a month ago it had 35" super swampers and i just got an 86 suzuki samurai
my best friend has a 84 scottsdale on 38s with a 6 inch lift....has yet to get that truck really stuck yet
RIP JESSE GERARD.....Youll always be in my thoughts and prayers...
i got the samuria because the trails we have in IA are a mix of sand mud and rocks and i got stuck axle deep in sand
my buddy has a 90 wrangler 12" lift 45" super swampersand he dumped the inline 4.0 v6 for a BB454. he also has a 79 scottsdale with a 6" lift with a 3" body lift , he just got a set of 44's for it . His newest project is a 94 ranger got an international scout drivetrain 45" boggers and he's building a 302 for it should be a nice little mudder once he's done with it.
I had a 79 CJ5 with 38's and 9 inches of lift.
i wanna get into this, but I have no clue of where to go locally to get dirty

Buddy of mine is building a big toy. 70s model blazer or bronco frame(can't remember which) with 18" springs and I think he's looking at a 3" body lift. He's going to put a 55 Chevy stepside body on it, and it'll have 20" wheels with 53" tires.

trucks down there are nuts 54" tires and sh*t i was watching videos on youtube
before my fire, i had a 1990 chevy s-10 blazer 4x4. i iss that truck. i had alot fun in it. also, a buddy of mine drive a 91 wrangler, lifted with mud tires
i have gone off roading a few times with my stock 00 blazer. it does pretty good. most of my friends have jeeps for 4 wheeling.
i mud my tacoma every time it rains. its only 2wd and tires are only 32, but i still have fun.
GO PATS!!!
Samurai. Great choice. I rememeber a few years ago a buddy and i were off roading through snow and mud covered trail in the mountians one night. we came through a big opening and 2 guys were stuck in a huge monster truck ford Bronco. they got stuck in the mud and then broke something trying to get unstuck. we cruised right over the mud and picked them up then drove them to the nearest ranger station. they couldn't belive how well and effortless my little samurai off-roaded. Another time i remember having to take a tow strap and pulling out a Full sized Blazer out of the mud in my samurai using 4W low and some gumption. Suzuki made the best trail rigs. bullet proof drive train, light weight, short over-hangs, super short wheel base. They are like an ATV with a roof and 4 seats.

Im a Xbox 360 fanboy...and damn proud of it!!
Only time I've ever been of roading was in my best friends H2
H2 haha.
Sorry last thing I'd go off-roading in.
all these claims, and no oe has pics of these badass machines?!?!?!?
atta boy! thats what daddy likes!
I am still looking for places around here. They had a few, but the cops have been giving trespassing tickets the last few years.
all the security guards around on the construction sites here know my license plate and name. they don't ever call the cops though. i had to run from a bronco police guy one time while mudding through some off limit area. i went around a hole and he went through it and got stuck. other than that one time, i've never really been bothered.
i DO get a lot of crap AFTER mudding though. truck doesn't have mud flaps and all the crap comes off the back end.
GO PATS!!!
