ZR1 smokes the GTR in EVERY catagory

trans didn't break on the GTR either

I love the vette and all, but there is almost a $30,000 USD price difference between the too. Perhaps the GTR Spec V would give it more a challenge for the price.

I hope you all know that GT-R is competition for the Z06. And the GT-R Spec-V will compare with ZR-1.

BTW, GT-R Spec-V that will be revealed sometime in 2009. The GT-R Spec V will be powered by a 3.8-liter twin-turbo that now delivers 520 bhp at 6500 rpm and 440 lb.-ft. of torque peaking from 3200–5200 rpm. This is an improvement of 40 horsepower and 10 lb.-ft. of torque. The Spec V will be slimmer by about 200 lb., tipping the scales at 3615 lb.

i wouldnt say it smokes it in all caterogies but it does beat the gtr in all the test.
