i just went and purchased a 2007 kawasaki vulcan 900 from a dealer in denver
i went down just to check some bikes out and fell in love with this thing
payments arent bad about 160 a month
as far as pictures, i will get some in the morning but let me post some from google to give you a feeling
some blue color, only difference is mine has a set of vance and hines pipes and brackets for saddle bags
i am more than pleased to say the least
Wow that looks awesome!!! Exactly my type of bike!
I love it.
Also in blue??
ill get some pics for you guys today, and maybe a sound clip
how much if you dont mind me asking?
I love it btw
it came out to be about $6000 and thank you!
it came with saddle bags that are super easy to remove
and i LOVE the pipes, along with the rest of the bike, poor mini isnt going to get driven for a little while now
Wow I like it a lot!!!
The color is great on this bike. You got my seal of approval.
I don't know why but something makes me dig the front wheel for some reason.
Nice choice and have fun.
yeah that front wheel is SEXY!
did you have to pay extra for the V+H pipes/saddle bags ?
just listened to the video clip, sounds awesome
i had a 84 honda shadow 750, regret selling it....
does it seem like it would be good for "big people" i am 6'1"-250lbs
yeah definitly, if the shadow you used to ride was enough power for you this will be plenty, its more than enough for me
and no i got the pipes and saddle bags with the deal! it was used but only for 650 miles
and thanks for the compliments guys, i just spent three hours cleaning out my garage so i can keep the mini indoors and store the bike in there too
and no worries, i will be a safe and responsible rider. BTW if anyone has never ridden a motorcycle and want to i strongly recommend riders edge
you can usually do it through a harley dealership but it is about 300 bucks, but so worth it
i never took a class, i think i paid 50 for the test and a bike rental
is this your first road bike?
i started out on a 81 kawasaki GPz 550 which was more a a sport bike. I layed it down at 35mph, i was coming up to a red light in the rain and tire locked up and i dumped it.
after i sold that bike then i bought the shadow, sold that after a few months.....been wanting something else but just bought a house and no extra cash at the moment.
Me and 2 other buddys all got bikes around the same time, all 3 of us have dropped. my one buddy was VERY LUCKY, hit a gaurd rail on E-way,
just be safe and always alert
thats looks like a comfortable cruiser
the training course here is free.... thank god

nice-looking bike. A far cry from the 800cc version it replaced. For a "smallish" (<1000cc) cruiser, they are surprisingly large in size. My only complaint about them is that the back fender is huge and it makes the wheel look small, but both can be fixed pretty easily
And honestly, be prepared to spend a lot of money on accessories, when I got my new bike I said I wouldn't buy anything for it because everything I wanted was already done... well about $2500 later, I can say that I was wrong about that
Here, I'll help you along
Chin spoiler
18x5.5" rear wheel w/ 200 tire:
Basically, these are two items you NEED for that bike. Get to it!
Sorry, another post, rear fender/18" wheel:
I'll find out the manufacturer for you, if you want
that rear wheel does look a hundred times better, i never really thought the rear wheel was that small but it is now that i look at it
and i dont know about the chin spoiler, not really feeling that one
Here we go, 240 tire, 18x8.5" wheel that matches the front, shorty fender w/ built-in license plate and light:
Link to the thread!
Good lookin scoot.
Well have to go carve some twisties one of these days.
sounds good
and if i had the money, id buy that matching rear wheel combo in a second! that looks amazing
Sweet bike man!!! Thats how it always works, you just go to "look" at something and you end up buying it. I had a very hard time not buying a new Yamaha 450 Wolverine the other weekend with my buddy.
Now I see why you were cleaning out the garage and told me to come get my chit! LOL
I would offer to cruise around with you but my old CX500 isn't the prettiest thing around to say the least, plus I need to get a new clutch cable for it. haha
