So the other day I was out looking at cars when the lots were closed (best time!! unless you want to test drive :\...). I was at my local Pontiac dealer and found a black and firey red G5 GT!! I've seen 2 or 3 on the road and multiple pics but I finally got to see one up close and was very impressed! Sonny (my current Sunfire GT) has about 198000 miles on it and is still running very strong with no issues...other than I'm getting bored with it lol. I don't keep cars too long unless they're just...amazing. Anyway..for those who have been behind the wheel of the G5 GT...did it impress you? Can looks be deceiving or does it live up to its standard? All i know is it's one HOT looking car!

i own one and i love it. the 5 speed and 2.4eco motor is great and these cars car quick. with 22k on my car its never gone back to the dealer. i dynoed 172whp with just a intake and cat back. i love everything from the looks to the way it corners and stops. comeing from a sunfire to this car was night and day. i liked my sunfire but the G5 GT has nothing on it. if you have any questions or want to see any more pics of it hit me up on aim. heres a pic of it
