So, I blew up the 95 Cutless supreme, (overheated, heads likely warped)

So i bought a 96 SL1 saturn 5 speed on thursday. Well, there was an autox the following sunday, 3 days later. why not right? temp tags and all, I went racing

These cars drive soooo much different then a J (IRS FTW!) I had a good time, and its known that I need more seat time Didn't place, but I had the car 3 days, and my tires were shot....what do you expect? lol

Light, nimble, 4 wheel independent suspension, stiff chassis. These cars were the pinacle of GM's compact car.

That model has a pretty fat stabilizer up front, but none at the rear. When you change yours, you'll see why these cars won a mechanic's award for being so seasy to work on.

Get yourself some better springs and shocks/struts then go autocrossing. There's even a website that sells Saturn engine blocks that handle substantial boosting but the name escapes me at the moment.

springs move me into STS...I don't have the HP to run in that class. This is my daily driver don't care too much if I'm not competitive
