Nice, I like it a lot. But what is the difference between the two s/c's? I've never heard of your new one.

You lucky bastard, let us know how that Harrop performs.

Very nice! Im also curious as to how well that new supercharger runs, fill us in! =) I miss driving my ss/sc, fun cars for sure.

I am envious. I do wish the Supercharged car was available when I needed a car.

I worry that B. Hahn might be right about the manifold feeding too much air to #4. If I were you, I'd put egt's on every pipe.

Awesome man, looks good. I am also curious as to how the charger performs.

I only ran it for a few days before I had a lean code pop up, regular gm stage 2 tune cant run this thing even with the biggest pulley on it which is 90mm 3.5, thats even bigger than the stock pulley on the M62 and it still puts out more than a M62 with a 2.9 pulley on it

It makes virtually no sound at all, not like the screaming that the M62 does, theres a slight mechanical wrrr but its not loud at all.

I am glad to see that you also are wearing plenty of deaoderant....and I like that the image is titled "the baby maker"....I will have to use that if you dont mind...

That charger sounds sweet. I am unfamiliar with the brand, but it sounds like once you get the tune figured out, that thing is going to rock your baby maker....

I am surprised as rich as the GM stage II tune is, damn thing blows black smoke at WOT cause its so rich. Plugged a cat and blew out my DP at 33K miles because of that tune. I need to get the stage III pulley.

Where's the fun in that?

Sweet Deal though. Hope it works well for you.

UPDATE: Reason for the lean codes: Rodimus used Old Spice Red Zone deodourant as gasket maker.

15s?? HAHA, not this car, its already run low 14s at 102mph, before any of that stuff was even put on, should be seeing the track real soon again looking to trap 110 or better this time

great so you are pouring money into another worthless econobox and breaking this one too
good job at learning your lesson
hopefully the map sensor is the only thing that ever breaks

At least he's not wasting money on a body kit or neons. I'd rather be adding new neato parts than fixing rust. There is no rational explanation for modding any car. If we were all smarter, the only automotive forums would be for maintenance and tips on better fuel economy. If you got the extra coin to blow, why not.

Anyway, I have yet to learn of any TVS buyer that has sorted out the the extra flow. Good luck.

It'd be more exciting if I thought the car would ever make use of all the power potential it now has.... How long until we see all the excuses about how "it would be faster if you launched it, but risking breaking its not worth a good ET to you"? Low 14's at 102? Hell, you should be running low 13's with traps like that. Sounds like you need to forget about supercharger mods and mod your driver into less of a chicken

It's just you. Stock t/c and s/c vehicles are awesome. Being able to have a cheapo manual boost controller on a stock turbo vehicle and not panic as you mash the gas wot and possibly spike a few lbs is the @!#$.

I don't know about you but I'd rather have a stock boosted bottom end with oil squirters and what not over a n/a bottom end ANY DAY!.

Also I dunno why everyone is bashing Matt. He is one of what? maybe 5 or 6 who have the harrop blower right now and he's not even one of the official testers, hats off for pulling that off man and having the balls to actual throw it on the car. I remember a time when the gm charger kit came out ppl were scared to put it on like a bunch of pansies, even after gm confirmed the bottom end can handle it..so for him to use the harrop, hats off to you my friend.

If no one here will respect it...css.net will

I'm going through the trials of HP tuning it right now, its not being completely cooperative so far, even at 10psi with wacked AFR it gets out of its own way quite nicely
