good video. i agree im surprised about none in the first like 5 minutes of being there
what would the police have considered the burnout? wreckless driving? maybe public endangerment with that many people around?
seems like that first guy should have kept his cool a little more

The open house is an yearly event there, When I was in michigan i got a call from my buddy saying the cops got there around 11 am when they normally go there later in the afternoon like previous years....plus its in the industrial area so i dont see who would care....but thats just me.
yeah i was there. one guy was arrested and car was impounded. basically every year they do it and every year the cops sit at the end of the street and watch, this year cops were jerks and ended it all in a snap. they have a really nice shop there and a bunch of real nice guys.
Arrested for a Burnout, so lame, cop was upset he doesnt own an LS1 and is stuck in a slow 4DR Ford.

your not farmilair with the area.... a burnout is about the extent of the crime in Schaumburg... ocasionally someone will take a pack of gum from 7-11 or something.
Burnouts are labeled as "display of power" and are illegel because all it takes is for something to go wrong with the car and someone could get hurt or killed. Arresting the person for it tho is bs.
in cali it's called exhibition, which entitles anything that makes it seem like your gonna break a law or in the process is...
I love the music selection though if I must put up a positive comment
im sorry but.... "what did he get you for?" "front plate" that cop looks like he's on a HUGE power trip and saw an opportunity to show off for his buddies. this coming from me, who hates street racing and doing stupid crap in a crowd of people. even I didnt see a lot wrong with what they were doing. especialy being a yearly event that a good shop has in an industrial area... probably on a weekend when no one is working in there.
On the other hand....you have other fingers.

The main problem was the people in the middle of the street that were standing either behind the cars, or IN FRONT of the cars. Some people were smart enough to stay on the side, but too many got on the street. Was a decent turnout, but once the cops came, it ended, and some people didn't bother stopping and kept going. We'll see how next year's is!
Ha Ha, that was funny, this should be posted on youtube, for evveryone to see how cool that cop was.
But yes, people shouldn't have been standing so close, maybe if the cars were in the middle of a huge parking lot with people far away, it wouldn't be so dangerous and they wouldn't have cared as much. But if a normal day consists of catching a kid stealing gum from a 7 / 11, then yeah they are probably pretty bored and wanted something to do.
