Neon disc swap on a beretta?

I wasn't sure if this should be in the second gen forum, suspension and brake forum, or other cars (seeing as the Beretta is so closely related to the 2nd gen cav in various components, the swap is documented in the S&B forum, and the car isn't a J), so I guessed.

Anyhow, any reason why this wouldn't work? I want to have rear disc brakes so I can get the stopping power of disc brakes (and so I can get the slotted/cross drilled rotors from Baer on the rear), and of course to remove the gheyness of drum brakes. My guess would be I'd have to change some of the machine work on the custom caliper bracket at the very least. The cable length issue may be different as well, due to the different dimensions of the car (iirc the Beretta is a little wider than a J, if it makes a difference).

Is there anything different with the Beretta though in terms of machine work?
