Exactly what I'm looking for as my next vehicle!! Would it have much problem hauling a trailer with a mid size 4 wheeler ATV on it as well? I also plan on getting that.

My grandfather had a '91 with the 2.8l 5speed with over 200k and no major work done on it, oil looking gritty and dark as ever, frame rusted out and put it out of commission....truck still ran fine.

Sadly enough though my '88's 2.5l Iron Duke felt stronger than that 2.8l did, but hell it's transportation and who cares.

The 2.8 is what you would call anemic. O well. When I get the money to do the LS7 swap in the GTO the LS2 is going into this.

I would love to have a cheap truck right about now.
I have a hefy list of home renos, and it sucks to put drywall on the roof of the Jeep.

If all goes to plan it will get the LS2 from the GTO when I have the funds for a LS7 swap.

You're all dead wrong. It needs a short shift kit.

Jeeeeezzzzzussss. The only shifter I've seen longer than that is either in an old semi truck or 70's VW Camper. That has to be an extremely vague shifter.

I seriously thought you bought my truck. My 91 looked exactly like that.

I traded it in for $100 bucks. Had a cracked frame, the door hinge weld had broken, and the entire under body under the clutch was gone. The body mount right under the driver fender was no long connected to anything...

Need less to say, not my truck you have there but it sure will be fun. I loved by ($350 truck ) haha.

You put the LS2 in there, and it might be faster that the GTO with a LS7, seeing that there is zero weight there.

O noes!

Man, I'm hating you right now, that thing looks clean. And the v6 + manual combo is dreamy as hell for me because I'm a 60 degree v6 junkie from way back.

I want I want I want.
