ok getting 1k HP out of a supra is nothing new. the fun part is when you take that 1000+ hp supra with its big ol turbo and all its dyno sheets (you know,... where the car lives). to the track... and a 500hp anything-else stomps a hole in its ass because that big-turbo'd dyno queen with its gobs of horsepower still runs 13s.

the even better part is wasting just about every car on the highway going to and coming back from the track.
Very nice build. They seemed to know what they are doing.

yeah cuz being A street racing dyno whore is what all the cool kids grow up to be.... street racing is the best part of building a car right? moron...

ANYWAY< didnt mean to sound ALL negative. yes thats a cool build... but a 1k+hp supra isnt uncommon these days, and they dont usualy do well on a track.

yeah definitely true..but supras are known for top speed...i mean..its whatever the person wants..most people with supras know its not going to be a monster on the track...but itll run 200 mph....and most people that live on the track built 1000 hp mustangs/camaros, etc.

thats some neat info though.

All it takes is a half ass decent driver and your 13 second 1,000 horsepower supra will dips its nuts in the 10s without going over 60% throttle.

And also, JLaudio do you ever ever post anything positive? Not knocking you, but it seems like you try to cut down everything that everyone posts... is your dick really that little?

I'm suprised to see twins under the hood. Typically they go with one gigantit turbo which is why they are so well know for being dyno queens. Should be alot more usable power sticking with the twin turbo setup.

Cool vids although eminem's voice/accent is kind of annoying.

you beat me to it lol.

but KFLO, no im not always negative. it's just the negative posts stand out more. If it offends someone, or bothers someone, they remember. People don't notice countless posts anyone makes saying "looks good" or "i agree" when something good is said. pretty simple idea realy. sorry if me saying something perceived as negative realy burns your ass that bad.

and Ryan, yeah I agree that it would be more useable than most big turbo supra builds, because of the twins instead of the one big fat one.... but i still dont get why anyone gets bent about me telling a FACT about most supra builds. you dont own a supra, you didnt build a supra, im not talking directly to or directly about you. plain and simple, talk about letting yourself get stressed about something so insignificant...

I couldn't care less btw I wasn't responding because of what you said... I agree with you, its liek the saying goes, what does a 300 hp supra and 1000 hp supra have in common... they both run 13's LOL

I saw just suprised... it seems more often then not then people crack 600ish mark you see a single turbo

oops. the part about peopple getting ass hurt about my feelings on supra builders(not all, but almost all who build supras like that), was not supposed to be attatched to my reply to you LOL

I just made the small dick comment to make 100% sure you replied.

From the good rep you have here with the old schoolers I didn't think you could be that bad. Your reply to my colorful comment assures me that your not so bad afterall. I'm Kurt from Iowa btw since IIRC you're a midwesterner too.

Ah, I just had read about you being at DTPs for the super bowl and made the assumption, my bad, again.

the funny thing about this whole build is that they didnt need to do anything internally for the engine to hold 1000hp

a stock 2jzgte can make over 1000rwhp on a completely stock block.

its been done on many supras already.

nice build tho

I hate those guys (the twins). Not because they don't know anything... but because they speak like a bunch of idiots. If I hear one of them call something "really trick" one more time I just may pop a blood vessel...

1000 hp and it's lucky to get into the 10's? LMAO! A Z06 which is 1/2 the hp does that, even with the run flats.

Step 1) open check book
Step 2) write check for $25,000
now you have a 1000hp 2JZ.

Im kinda down on supras and supra owners as many of them seem to be check book cars. The owners know little more than thier dyno numbers, and they are usually twats.

I bet he had to import parts from Japaaaan. It should decimate all, since he already put about 20 grand in it.
