Hello,
I just had both lower ball joints and the left engine mount replaced on my 2001 blazer 4x4, I drove it around, it warmed up, everything was perfect. I went home, it cooled down overnight (single digit temps), I drove it to work in the morning, and before it warmed up the check engine light came on. It runs fine, no hessitation or anything. Are there any sensors down there that they might have unplugged and forgot to plug back in???? I know they had a hell of a time changing the mount (was supposed to be 1.5 hours and ended up taking over 3), and it took them past the time the shop closes, so they were hurrying. Any thoguhts? I am going to take it back to them on monday morning, I just don't like driving around with the service engine light on
Thanks
Possibly ABS wasn't hooked back up? Bring it to your local autozone (or call your local parts places) they have a codes scanner and it shouldn't cost anything to scan it. If you lived near me I could hook it up to a scanner for you, but Albany NY to Manchester NH is a little bit of an over kill drive for a CEL.

If something with the ABS wasn't hooked back up, the ABS light would be on.
There's a 1000 reasons why the CEL comes on, get it scanned and go from there.
