Besides F-body's and S10's what can you easily swap an LSX engine into?
"easily" defined has not having to hack the firewall out and push it 3 feet back and carve into the frame.
I've seen Miata's and RX-7's. I like the RX-7 idea. Seen a few S2000's and that idea sounds really good.
This is basically a curiosity question because the idea sounds appealing. I'm not concerned about price at the moment
I'm more concerned with non compromising the car as a daily driver.

Beat me to it! Also, as per your criteria for the swap, an LSx should fit in pretty much any RWD chevy car/truck ... say pre 1980, you would pretty much have to build the engine bay from the ground up, but you most likely would not have to hack the firewall.
dont forget you can use it in a fwd and still be fwd
i think a 10spd would have to many gears , might have to use a beach cruiser , either a 3spd or 5spd
Civic.... though IIRC, it was an LS7.

A good portion of it. It was pretty damn awesome too, though he said it drove like dog crap on ice.
Also, what I wanna see, an older VW Rabbit w/ an LS1 stuffed into it.

...Ah, metaphysics.
i was just thinking how funny it would be if the guy put that motor in backwards and tried to take off in first but went backwards
You can swap it into basically any 50's,60's or 70's car as well as the 80's g-body cars (Monte Carlo, Cutlass, Malibu and the like)
justin wilverding wrote:there are places that have swap kits for the solstice and sky and they make custom TWIN TURBO KITS for them too even a turbo LS7
