WHAT THE DUCE!?!?!?

it's just under a month befor the NAIS (North American International Auto Show) (a.k.a. Detroit Auto show)
and hardly any previews or spoilers pics of new cars (concept, or near production) are anywhere to be spotted on JBO. So far just the Volt teaser is all we got. Blah. And blurry shot of the Challenger, and a little info in the Hyundai Genisis coupe.

I live for the car show season, Goodwrench and others drop awesome info bombs on here before big shows...this year it's pretty
Meh?

Where's all the cool cars? and all the official pre-show hype & press released photos and info? I'm so bummed.

It's the Detroit autoshow, aka Detroit Suck City.

The new American auto show is L.A.

Detroit is filthy, and filthy doesn't attract cool.

Besides

GM basically introduced the ZR1 (on the org), and that's the only "new" thing that they have going for the show.
Porsche dropped out.
Ford is trying to play catch up
Chrysler is still riding the Challenger
Nissan the GT-R.
And then everything else is boring.

LOL
pretty trippy to see it back in action huh? I love it and have gotten a lot of PM's with complements on bringing back memories with these old sigs.

I can't exactly disagree with Detroit being dirty and nasty. But...it is the oldest auto show of it's kind So a lot of manufactures still use it as a springboard for new models. And the reality is the city isn't what's killing the show, Detroit's auto show is killing it's self...Cobo hall is too small and outdated to run the type of show they need. And the last 2 times i went (no joke) the show was shut down early and people were kicked out because idiots were getting into fights and pulled guns on each other in the lobby. So that doesn't help either.
