Thanks. I have to say I'm pretty jealous of the Mustang though.

Meh.. if you can't find it, grind it.
Well, I just got a call from the insurance agency. Originally when I called before I bought the car, it would have been the same if I staid under the folks multicar discount, and would have gone up $209 if I was on my own. Now, one my own it's $30 cheaper/every 6 months than my sunfire was under my folks
? Must be the 4-door, AWD, 54345 air bag, discount. Can't complain though.
^^ Yeah, you'd be surprised how utterly retarded insurance standards can be when it comes to some cars. I've heard that people pay less for insurance on some BMW M3's than cars like civics or corollas because statistically speaking, fewer young people drive them and the average accident rate with those cars is less, or some nonsense like that. It must really be nice to live in "Insurance World" where statistics never lie lol...

eh...... its his car, and its his fault. its not that he cant drive standard, its more of the 7k RPM launches that started to do it in....

Uh... don't think I've "launched" it at more than 2500 rpm. My problem isn't that I give it too much gas, it's that I don't give it enough.
How many sets of tires has he gone through? Those tires aint exactly long for wear, esp w/ AWD.

ACtually, not a lot. He has nice tires on 19" wheels, and they just grip up and go....
As for using the clutch..... just drive around a neighborhood or empty parking lot. Practice getting the car going. I forgot who said it..... but it only takes 5 min to learn, but a lifetime to master.

I thought about picking one up when I got my hatch last year, but figured it wasn't really needed. I've paid off my hatch in that one year and am glad for doing so, but I still regret not getting the speed. Awesome car.
I work on Wall Street, but didn't force you to take out a loan you couldn't afford.

Yea, the options on the car weren't really needed, but from what they had on the lot (basically all 4-cylinders), I wanted a V6, the v6 was optioned out and more expensive than a Speed6. Plus to be honest, the v6 changes the dynamics of the car. I'm suprised by my dads 4 cylinder though, it's no slouch, I've just been itching to get my hands on something with some power though.
